It isn't only freedos that can be buggy, at least on this count; I have
two spare computers with cheap mobos. One an MSI mobo, the other an INTEL.
The MSI mobo does not have a PS2 hole, so
must use usb keyboard; slow and not properly responsive. Point is, it does
this even with Windows 98. With XP or ubu linux, works perfectly. As for
the INTEL mobo, you can use PS2 or usb, but
again, is buggy with usb, but fine with round-hole mouse and keyboard. In
any case, it seems to be the mouse which behaves the worst. Richard Klein<
