I can speak as a user.

I use three DOS text web browsers:
- Lynx
- DOSLynx (Fred C. Macall, 2010)
- Links (2.1pre36)

They all work fine, but I prefer Links because it is FDAPM-aware.
Typically, the processor will remain idle for over 95% of the
time, which I find cool, literally and metaphorically.
