I'd suggest downloading some & putting them on disk to take with you,
in that case!

Probably not, although it might display if a parallel port has been
found. But there may be relevant settings - such as setting PnP off,
and checking if anything else is reserving the resources for LPT1:
(IRQ 7, I/O 0x378, if I remember correctly.)
