1) Replace 'fake' cwsdpmi.exe with the one from http://clio.rice.edu/djgpp/ or http://clio.rice.edu/djgpp/beta/ (R5 or later) 2) Do a clean boot w/o any drivers. 3) Try bzip2 again.
