Use the Free Trial WinImage and using the image above, write the image to a CFC. Remember to use modern cfc's that are at least 80x speed. I find Sandisk the most reliable. Making the disk for the first time (with Floppy or CD) is long and drawn out, and once you have an image on your desktop, you simply keep re-using it. I use Industrial ISA cpu boards that have the cfc adapter on board, and seldom have problems. Read through the mailing list archive and you will find my posts on this subject.
