I have a dsl set up. When I tried puppy a year ago it seemed to want a dial up. Ubuntu Linux, my husband's mac and our roommate's windoze machine have no problems with puppy. On the other hand the new [cheap] Dekk laptop I have with Vista and Ubuntu can only get online via Ubuntu, not with Vista. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Bonnie Dalzell, MA mail:5100 Hydes Rd PO Box 60, Hydes,MD,USA 21082-0060|EMAIL:bdalz...@qis.net freelance anatomist, vertebrate paleontologist, writer, illustrator, dog breeder, computer nerd & iconoclast...
