I successfully tested in QEMU 0.10.5, where it also starts within the blink of an eye using CWSDPMI. Last version (1.90-t5 Beta) is available from <ftp://ftp.sac.sk/pub/sac/graph/dispt5.exe>. The version on Simtel.Net is 16-bit only.
