I'd like to share my FreeDOS personal distribution with you. It's an (installable) LiveCD including network stack with TCP/IP tools (Web browsers, FTP, Samba, SSH, VNC, Terminal Server, Citrix MetaFrame... and some servers like Web, FTP and Telnet), MPlayer and MEncoder for multimedia, USB, NTFS and Ext3fs drivers, HX DOS Entender for handling Win32 apps like QEMU...
