F-PROT for DOS (including latest signatures) can be found at
<http://www.fprot.org/fr_english.php>.

You could also buy a license for NOD32 for Windows, which entitles you
to use their DOS-based scanner. The executable hasn't changed since
2001, but it still accepts the signature database of the Windows product
(NOD32.000).
