Performing test cdrecord -scanbus with the same cd-rw on the same port with
the same dos usb driver loaded.
Note : the porting DOS version recognize ONLY ONE device at dev=0,0,0
the CYGWIN version pestubbed it's "confused" regarding the device
connected..
