Towards the bottom of that page, there's a section that says "To unsubscribe from Freedos-user, get a password reminder, or change your subscription options enter your subscription email address:" Enter your email address there. You'll need a password, which you probably don't know (it was automatically assigned when you subscribed.) So click on the button to get your password (via email) then use that password to login and change your subscription options.
