That is ridiculously easy :-). Each mail explains it in the headers: > List-Unsubscribe: > <https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/freedos-user> > <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> In other words, write a mail with the subject "unsubscribe" to the address [EMAIL PROTECTED] to unsubscribe yourself. Completely automated self-service system. You can also surf to lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/freedos-user. To unsubscribe from another list, for example freedos-kernel, use the same method: Write to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the subject "unsubscribe". Contents of the mail are irrelevant.
