I asked him for a copy of the program via email, but haven't received
it.  It's possible that it was rejected by my mail server.

If it's intended to be distributed under the GNU GPL, I recommend
Sergey add the necessary terms to his source code before he
distributes it further.  Instructions for how to do that are listed
in: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html#SEC4
