Finally got it. 1. download openvpn from www.openvpn.org and install it under windows 2. rename the new installed network connection under start-> settings-> network-connections to e.g. QEMU 3. mark the new QEMU network connection and your normal lan connection and build a network bridge 4. run qemu with commandline options "-net nic -net tap,ifname=QEMU" Now you have full network access between QEMU and your LAN.
