There are some other ones - shareware? - I've come across on my 1995 Simtel CDroms.
As far as XFree86/XOrg ports, there isn't one to the best of my knowledge; which isn't to say there shouldn't be one. I suspect DJGPP is the correct compiler to use in this case, as most of the XFree86/XOrg source tree will have gcc optimizations.
