Yes, I know. I wanted to write this into 3 words...but this is not 
enough ;-)

Yes, this is tested very well. Look at the forum at

The reason I wrote the article was to let people know about the project 
who else wouldn't look at any DOS site. It should intrigue the people 
from Windows and Linux world. Or maybe people who haven't used DOS since 
Win95. And they don't want a text with 10 000 words, they only want to 
know, what are the possibilities of FreeDOS, why it is better than 
MS-DOS and which applications are avaiable.

The date of release is official - BUT I don't think it is a problem if 
the release will be some days later. ;-)
