Wow, you folks are into details I'm not nearly up with yet. I use Freedos via dosemu in Debian Linux. The Freedos version is 0.82. I've had no issues with it yet, but an earlier version ran on a DOS system crashed and took the entire disk system with it.
I have DRDOS available on my Linux system also, for running with dosemu. Any thoughts on how Freedos compares to DRDOS? If I can determine that Freedos is now a reliable system, I like that fact that it has some Linux-isms in it, and it loads must faster than DRDOS. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
