There is a gparted liveCD at gparted.sourceforge.net that just boots on any computer that can boot from CD. The fact that it is running Linux isn't a problem...it doesn't install Linux on the hard drive and GParted is a GUI program very similar to Partition Magic. It is about 40 Mebabytes and fits on a CD just fine. Linux runs from the CD and memory. GParted is already installed with the bootable CD.
