Diskette with bad blocks?
I tried several freshly-formatted diskettes, all with the same result.
CHKDSK indicates no bad sectors.
The user does not indicate the method they are using to transfer the
download to the floppy. Basically, you have to download the zip file to
a hard drive (or whatever), and then use rawrite.exe to extract it to
the bootable floppy.
