The emm386.txt is probably a contribution by Bernd, and was in doc/emm386/
at some point. It explains things about emm386, as you may have guessed :-).
You are right, the lsm is up-to-date in appinfo/, I had a leftover one in
doc/emm386/ from a previous version. Leaves the todo.txt, which is probably
also left over from an older emm386. I suggest to put a new todo.txt in the
current emm386 download, so it will overwrite the old version when people
install the new emm386. I am sure there are to-do items left ;-).

(Actually I know a list of not-yet-implemented functions, which probably
no program really needs, but which should still be mentioned as "not there
yet", just to tell people about that, e.g. in a todo.txt, anyway...)
