Jazz runs okay for me, at least as far as running the green rodent around and shooting things. Only problem I have with Jazz is the need to run SLOWDOWN to get my computer to 20% speed to avoid the Turbo Pascal runtime error 200 problem. Do you have to run SLOWDOWN or another slow-style program ot make Jazz work, or is your CPU slow enough it's not a problem? What's your testing CPU?
