     Nothing. If you use this disk only personally (without publication,
distribution), you may do anything (modify, replace, remove parts, etc). If
this disk will be published, you should preserve file with license (usually
COPYING) in programs distributives/installation and grant access to programs
sources directly on disk or indirectly through links on your site.

     Yes. The more so, if license of some programs are equal, I think, you
may preserve only one file with license.
