Hi Fox, the DOS version of the 4DOS shell is now free anyway, easier than using some add-on for FreeCOM ;-). FreeCOM really could use some help to reduce bugs, alas the official maintainer cannot do much for it at the moment :-(. So even adding features is kind of way beyonds scope for now...
PS: My DJGPP is only 10 MB of 15 MB zipped, I guess you have a huge cluster size or installed DOS ports of each and every GNU program for which DJGPP variants exist. Otherwise I cannot say why you could reach 800 MB. You should use the zip picker at delorie.com to tell you which DJGPP parts you really NEED.
