Yes, this is so. :(

Not in near 2-3 years. :) And, fortunately, PCI-E (in theory) is
software compatible with PCI.
PS: Looks like MS-6380 (KT3 Ultra) motherboard with Realtek ALC650 never
bothers itself with SB compatability and not allows to select IRQs. :(
