The new page is available at <http://www.freedos.org/>
Just a note: this page does NOT validate yet, but it does display properly in IE and Mozilla. I'm carrying forward a number of other files that are automatically included into the main page. That other content causes the main page not to validate under xhtml.
Now that the xhtml+css effort is underway, I can do some cleanup on the included content so the main page WILL validate.
