It seems to be using Calmira as desktop...
Calmira is a new desktop for Win3.X that resembles later versions of Windows. Hey, we could even have such shots for plain FreeDOS (running Windows), if only any version of Windows 3.X would run on FreeDOS ;-)

Not sure that this is something that should be included with FreeDOS, even though it's GNU GPL. In particular, I'm concerned by the obvious use of Microsoft branding in the GUI.

But I thought I'd fwd the GUI to this list, in case others are interested.
