hi,
i did a floppy disk based on freedos and mstcp to boot, mount from a samba and run a clipper program.
samba with kernel oplock disabled.

but it can't lock, it waits for ever.
replacing kernel/command with win95's it works but with freedos 1.0-something it doesn't.

any idea? if i can help you to trace this just ell me how :p

and samba question: there is any way to get clipper's lock work over samba less slow than kernel oplock = no? (people here want's to kill me and i don't want to go back to that nt server)

Best Regards,
Alejandro Mery
