I've just uploaded a minor revision of my version 2 of the Networking
HowTo. Given the recent note on the main website I think it is in time,
as many of the links in the Technote don't work or are wrong. The notes
on MS Client are no use any more as Microsoft have removed all copies
from their website, and links thereto are no longer useful.

This does bring up a project that could usefully be started, ie Samba
for DOS. Unfortunately I'm not a programmer and I don't know how much
work this might entail, even if it is possible but....

Anyway the latest version of the new Networking HOWTO can be found
at <URL:http://www.dendarii.co.uk/FAQs/dos-net.html> comments
gratefully recieved.

As soon as I can figuree out how to upload to fd-doc.sf.net I'll do so
but currently the links to the documentation are horrible recursive and
WRONG!

This combined with my DOS Applications for Internet Use document
found at <URL:http://www.dendarii.co.uk/FAQs/dos-apps.html> will
provide all the help needed to network a PC using DOS.

Mike
