On the original DOS machine there is running nothing of that because it
doesn't have a sound card and any high-res games on it. However, I
could try the windows running laptop I got from my work, a "Medion"
with a "Pentium 3 Mobile" processor at 600 mhz. I should be able to
simply make a boot disk/CD combination with those things instaled so
that i don't have to trash windows from that thing (reinstalling is a
pain, since I've installed '98 instead of the "ME" version that came
with it, so all drivers had to be get from internet...).
Hi Leendert,
Could you email me your config.sys and autoexec.bat to me? Since
you're running on a standalone PC (not a DOS emulator) to play games,
I'd like to use your config.sys/autoexec.bat as examples on "FreeDOS
for Gamers".
Thanks.
