Hi Arkady, thanks for those links:
http://www.brain.uni-freiburg.de/~klaus/pascal/runerr200/
  (Links many patches)
ftp://garbo.uwasa.fi/pc/turbopas/rdelay10.zip
ftp://ftp.heise.de/pub/ct/ctsi/bppatch.zip
http://www.merlyn.demon.co.uk/pas-r200.htm

Maybe I did not look well enough, but I could only find patches
which are either for Borland/Turbo Pascal version SEVEN only
or require recompiling the programs or only stop programs from
crashing on REALLY fast CPUs but do not adjust the speed :-(.
I would need a patch for binaries compiled with Turbo Pascal
5.0 / 5.5 / 6.0 which fixes the speed.

The patches which I have downloaded can be sorted as follows:

./binary-fixspeeed:
turbo-pascal-speed-fix--HEISE-ctbppat.zip
turbo-pascal-speed-fix--tp7--tp_patch_fix.zip

./binary-nocrash:
turbo-pascal-speed-fix--bp7--tp_patch_ct.zip
turbo-pascal-speed-fix--tp7--tp_patch_tsr.zip
turbo-pascal-speed-fix--tppatch.zip

./source:
turbo-pascal-speed-fix--bppatch.zip
turbo-pascal-speed-fix--rdelay10.zip
turbo-pascal-speed-fix--tp_patch_newdelay.zip

Eric.

PS: For running Descent, the DOSEMU slowdown is just right, so
no need to fix that yet ;-). You have to use -NoMusic, though.
