It's not short indeed :P, but very interesting! I have always a feeling of desolation when visiting a FOSS bug tracker: all those bugs/feature requests reported 10 years ago, feels like a wasteland. I am curious how Inkscape will change its way to engage more with bug reporting users; it is a big player and if things develop nicely they could well influence many other projects.
