Interesting, so Win10 may boot on ARM w/o UEFI. Perhaps the first mobile
Windows that doesn't require EFI in a while?

Sorry, off-topic for freedombox, except this non-UEFI ARM Win10 target
might enabled more non-UEFI ARM 'IoT' OEM hardware that may be FBX targets.
