Nope. Gitorious, like Github, says "only user is responsible for its content but we won't wait for Justice to remove content if we thing that it infriges intellectual property rights" By the way, it's a bunch of complexity to host repositories on Debian. I already have an account for the wiki, one more for the Alioth mailing list, and it seems I can't use any of them for the Alioth project. Instead, I have to ask for a new account suffixed with "-guest". Finally, I found in my password manager that I had an account at a french organization which provides free hosting for free software.
