Currently I'm busy with the new theme, so I could offer to prepare a
re-encoded video but have no youtube account.
If nobody else volunteers then I can probably do this. I agree that
the initial Rushkoff section isn't relevant (at least not directly).

The initial section has been cut out. It's my first ever attempt to
