Installed searx and python3-searx from unstable, manually: $ sudo dpkg -i searx_1.1.0+dfsg1-2_all.deb python3-searx_1.1.0+dfsg1-2_all.deb This left it unconfigured due to other dependencies, but running aptitude found them and installed them. Untested so far but at least it got rid of the disgnostics error. It also got rid of the uwsgi service not starting. Some small success...
