Details:
This ticket is meant to depend on all the commits related to gtk3x/gtk4-client
development in TRUNK/3.1. This is more critical than most metatickets in the
past have been in that depending on when freeciv-3.0 is coming out it might
make sense to backport gtk4-client there, at which point this ticket should
provide list of patches to backport.
