Details:
gdk_screen_get_width() and gdk_screen_get_height() are deprecated in
gtk+-3.22.2 and are removed without replacement from gtk4. This patch mostly
dummifies gtk3.22-client functions that used them to get screen size
(reporting "not known" to calling functions).
S2_6 version attached.
