Details:
We have no need for separate gtk3.22 modpack installer, so change it already
to be new gtk3x version.
- Get compilation flags from gtk+-4.0.pc
- Make gtk+-3.89 minimum requirement
- Rename configure variables etc back to gtk3x namespace
