Details:
0 Start sdl2 client
0 Click Options
0 Click Local options
0 Click Interface
0 Click on scrollbar (this step seems necessary, but the scrollbar doesn't
have to move)
0 Move mouse over options.
Observe tooltips that are drawn but never removed, rapidly obscuring the
dialog. Clicking on a control (if you can remember where one is) seems to
clear it.
The sdl-client doesn't seem to have an equivalent problem.
