Details:
For keeping gtk3x-client under some test coverage, following environments must
have gtk+ version 3.22 available before we make it a requirement:
- Released Ubuntu (likely: 17.04)
- Released Crosser
- msys2 environment
- OpenEmbedded development version
S3_0 is to be kept buildable with Ubuntu LTS - 16.04, which has gtk+ 3.18.
