Follow-up Comment #2, patch #7547 (project freeciv):
'gcc' - compiler that's meant for building msys2 runtime - should be replaced
with arch-specific compiler.
I expect this to fix most of major issues on building on msys2 we've been
facing. Compiler that links against correct libraries etc is quite a
benefit...
