At the moment I don't even know what's in that directory in msys2. I just
corrected directory path so that build does not fail there...
Once we get first build out from there we can see how to improve, though I'm
not very interested to work on already-obsolete (in freeciv trunk where msys2
work is targeted to) gtk2-client - did this patch just because it was next to
trivial.
