Follow-up Comment #1:
Add the Webperimental ruleset under Freeciv's version control. Don't add it to
the release tarball (yet).
Changes relative to the last version in Freeciv-web:
* update with changes from classic up to Freeciv r33326.
* remove Glacier tundra graphic hack. Freeciv-web does it itself from
Freeciv-web git revision 3d232f09650ce6442c02e389371747eca354444e.
