Follow-up Comment #5, bug #24545 (project freeciv):
I couldnt load any of savegames bc of errors:
1: Number of bases defined by the ruleset (= 4) are lower than the number in
the savefile (= 5).
1: Failure loading savegame!
1: in send_ruleset_game() [ruleset.c::5951]: assertion 'game.veteran != ((void
*)0)' failed.
