Details:
(it might not happen on oxygen theme, but it will on CDE, Cleanlooks,
Plastique, Windows)
It just crashes at start in 2.6 and trunk (with qt 5.6.1)
in ruledit_qt_setup (argc=argc@entry=0, argv=argv@entry=0x7ffc3e419228) at
ruledit_qt.cpp:64
in main (argc=1, argv=0x7ffc3e419228) at ruledit.cpp:102
But it wont crash when added fake parameters like
tools/ruledit/freeciv-ruledit -- --xxx
