Details:
Our policy is usually not to fix style of the code we are not otherwise
touching, to minimize the risk of conflicting patches.
I'd make an exception with gtk3-client rates dialog code before it gets copied
to the gtk3x-client, though.
Patch attached. I plan to commit it to S2_6 too, to keep code identical
between TRUNK and S2_6.
