Details:
Introduce macros is_ai(), is_human(), set_as_ai(), and set_as_human() all
taking one player pointer parameter. Use them in most places instead of direct
access to plr->ai_controlled.
This makes it possible to replace boolean plr->ai_controlled with a new
constructs in later patches.
