Details:
It would be friendly for the help for Diplomats (which is where diplomatic
combat is described) to mention that going up against a a stack or city
containing a Leader unit is futile (because Leader is UTYF_SUPERSPY and will
always win).
(The automatic help for Leader already mentions this.)
