Hi,
it seems https://gna.org/bugs/?22773 is not completely fixed yet. When I build
freeciv 2.4.4 twice in a row on a Debian unstable system, the build fails in
the second run when it enters the po directory. The Makefile in po still
contains a reference to bootstrap/mkinstalldirs and since the file is not
present, the build fails.
