Details:
I'm looking at making a source release either next weekend (19/20 July), or at
the end of July, depending how busy I am and how many last-minute bugs we
find.
cazfi has been building experimental installers from S2_5 already, so I guess
there shouldn't be any big surprises despite this being the first Windows
release from S2_5?
For the avoidance of doubt, status of new clients:
* Gtk3 remains experimental (despite earlier plans); any installer we produce
for it should go in the testing directory as previously, and doesn't block
release
* Qt-anything remains experimental and doesn't block release (see also task
#7752)
